Descriptive text

A Descriptive text is a text which describes a particular person, place, or thing. In a Descriptive text usually uses the simple present tense.

Generic structure of the Descriptive text :                                                        

1 . Identification  : Identifies phenomenon to be described.                                       

2 . Description     : Describe parts, qualities, characteristic, of  the person or something that is described.

For Example : 

Mario Belini Identification   :            Mario Belini is an Italian, but he lives and work in Britain. He is thirty- two- years old and he is married. His wife is from England. They are have  two children, a daughter and a son. Description        :            He speak  English and his children speak English and Italian. He is musician. He plays the piano ad he works with the Pilihermonic orchestra. In his free time, he reads books and he goes swimming. He practices from Monday to Friday and gives on or two concert every week.
