Appoitment tell about agreement for meeting it is good to make an appointment before you meet or poople, or Appointment is an  arrangement to do something or meet someone at a particular, time and place.

1) Making an Appointment

• Can I come and see you
• I want to make an appointment to see
• I'll be there

2) Accepting An Appointment

• Be there on time
• It is a deal
• I'll wait  for you

3) Canceling an Appointment

• I'm sorry, I'm very busy
• I'm terrible sorry I have to put off appointment

4) Changin an appointment 

• What about . . . . . (Tuesday at 04.00 p.m)
• Do you have another time this afternoon
• Well, I must be off now. I'll talk to you later

Nurse    : (answering telephone) good morning Dr.Edward's office, My I help you?

Mr. Aziz: I'd like to make an appointment to have to dentist look my teeth.

Nurse    : Let's see. I can arrange for you to see the doctor two weeks from now.

Mr. Aziz:Can't I come in tomorrow.

Nurse    : I'm afraid Dr.Edward won't be able to see you then, his appointment book is filled for  the next couple of weeks.

Mr. Aziz: Oh, but I dont have to see him. I'll just leave my teeth in his office and he can look at them when he has time. They're false teeth!!
